Large complex luxury resort. Ownership has the commitment and the capital that will make this resort a Five Star. Beautiful area to live. Housing adjacent to the resort is very expensive, housing 15 minutes away is very reasonable.
The Team
Executives at the resort thoroughly understand Five Star quality and service levels. Several have come from Five Star Resorts/Hotels. Team welcomes training but expects measurable results from the training efforts.
Job Requirements:
-Current or recent experience at true luxury hotels/resorts, recognized at least as Four Star.
-Experience creating, implementing, and fine tuning service training programs for employees at Four-Five Star.
-Develop training programs that people want to attend. Attendance at training programs is strictly voluntary. Upper management believes it's the responsibility of Trainers to develop programs that employees seek out.
-Must be able to sell the value of training programs.
-Each training program needs to have a measurable impact on profits, ideally, directly and through improved service.
-Experience developing self-directed Internet training programs. (Ideally with good video presentations and video examples.)
Compensation
Salary in $75-90,000 range plus incentives based on training results. Excellent benefits.
