Job Description:

The Hotel

The 311 room, full service, Holiday Inn Select is seeking an enthusiastic, guest-oriented, hands-on Front Office Manager for an award-winning hotel.  Will be accountable for the effortless and seamless movement of guests in and out of the hotel.  It is primarily an evening position 3-11 PM.  Is responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, developing, and motivating the staff and creating a positive guest experience.  Must have excellent communications skills, professional demeanor, and stable work history.  Must be organized and detail oriented.  Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, you may be required to work varying schedules, including weekends, as dictated by the business needs of the hotel.  Acts as Manager on Duty on occasion.

Job Requirements:

If you are dedicated to providing superior customer service, above and beyond the expected, we want to talk with you.

Key requirements:

  • 4 year degree
  • Two years supervisory experience.
  • A great customer service attitude. 
  • Ideal candidate will have hospitality supervisory experience and be knowledgeable in the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, Bell Staff, PBX, Concierge, Valet, and Reservations. 
  • Experience with Encore and Holidex preferred.

Opportunities exist for upward mobility.
