HOSPITALITY CAREERS USA IS AN EXECUTIVE SEARCH FIRM COMMISSIONED TO HELP FIND A KEY EXECUTIVE FOR ONE OF OUR HOTEL CLIENTS.


HOSPITALITY CAREERS USA IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING VIABLE CANDIDATES FOR OUR CLIENT AND NOT THE EMPLOYER.

This person will work closely with the President (who is also the owner), EVP/CFO, Controller and Human Resources to ensure property goals and objectives are met.

 

This is an opportunity for a long-term relationship with a company that has excellent quality properties and an owner  who believes in taking care of his assets!

 

This job is working with the property General Managers in a mentoring manner to make sure the properties are performing at a maximum.

 

The job is very much a hands-on management with the property people and not a desk type job. 

 

We are looking for someone who has experience overseeing OPERATIONS, SALES, MARKETING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, AND FOOD & BEVERAGE.  Just having experience in one of these areas is not enough experience.

 

The ideal candidate is someone who is currently managing at least 10 hotels or more directly and not through a number of regional or area directors.

 

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MULTI-UNIT MANAGEMENT OF UPPER ECHELON, FULL-SERVICE HOTELS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements:

Minimum 10 years experience as a Vice President of Operations or Corporate office equivalent working with Upper Upscale branded hotels.

Experience overseeing Operations, Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, and Food & Beverage.

Strong financial background and understanding of P&L’s and possess the ability to demonstrate analytical skills in interpreting results and turning analysis into successful action plans for the properties.

Strong strategically with e-commerce and business needs.

Experience in, managing relationships at the executive level of brands.

Extensive experience in working with General Managers on critical business plans, setting objectives and holding them accountable for the results.

Must possess excellent communication skills.

ABILITY AND WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL UP TO 50% OF TIME.

WILLINGNESS AND ABILITY TO LIVE IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA.

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree from a four-year university preferably in Business.

Graduate Business degree desirable.
