Job Description:

Two companies are pursuing merger, due to close by end of year.

One of VP Operations is taking on a different role in combined companies.

Nice portfolio of full-service and select-service hotels with prominent franchise brands. Majority of properties are market leaders in their segments.

Merger is to enable faster growth, both through ownership and management contracts. 
Job Requirements:

 -At least 5-10 years of multi-property experience including several franchise affiliations.

-Track record improving margins, guest service, and employee satisfaction...in up and down markets.

-Management style built around open and shared communications.

-Overseen development of at least 10 managers in last 3 years who have been promoted.

-Understand how to use Revenue Management to fine tune property operations and have the ability to get that across to others.
