-Manage, mentor, coach, and develop employees for promotion. 

-Work closely with all outlets to assure consistency. 

 -Work closely with kitchen to mentor Sous Chef and Cooks. (Hotel does not have EC. That means F&B Director needs to understand back of the house well enough to manage it.)

-Sales, GM, and F&B enjoy close working relationship to build business.

-Opportunities to expand group and social function F&B as well as build covers in restaurant.

-Developo hourly and management employees for promotion.
